What to do? Each exercise for 1 minute and repeat 3 times
Front Leap
Push up Jack
Side to Side Hops
Pike Planks
Four Square Corner Hops
Burpees
Push-Ups with one leg elevated
Tricep Dips
Hop front Hop back Jump into Plank
Plank position (hop feet in and out)
